I have not had an easy life, but I have learned to turn my pain into my purpose and passion. While the journey to this point has not been easy, I truly believe in cause and effect that all things happen for you and not to you. My journey throughout my career is all about resilience and being able to perform at the highest level.

I have noticed that my superpower is empathetic leadership and that my secret sauce is vulnerability and authenticity. Quite simply, one can say that I am a "professional vulnerable winner" who has turned his pain into his passion and purpose!

Throughout my journey, I have developed a fondness for sports, music, and traveling to experience different cultures. I believe there are many parallels between a game of sport and the business world. Recognition comes to those dedicated to mastering the essential fundamentals in their field.

Leonard has been labeled as a "Professional vulnerable leader"; he has paved his way from homelessness to being a hero and a seasoned leader. He has supported numerous business owners through one-to-one one-to-many to stabilize, remain resilient, and adapt.
